1. This morning is Rogation Sunday, a day traditionally when we remember the bounty of the earth and pray for the crops (and also beat the parish bounds!) Weather permitting, we will have prayers in the church grounds after mass to ask God’s blessing on the newly planted crops.
  2. We are no longer required to wear masks in the church, but if you feel more comfortable to continue to do so, you are welcome. However, we have had no further advice yet as to returning to having the common chalice, so until then, communion will only be given in the form of the consecrated bread, with a drop of wine on it.
  3. Please check the draft roster for the next three months so I can finalise it this week.
  4. The Coulthard and Education Association committees meet after the 10 am mass.
  5. The study for the month will be on the last Sunday, 29 May. It will be on our General Synod: what it is and what it has discussed. (It was meeting last week.)
  6. Our organist at 10 am today is Jacob Fabich, as Sarah takes a well-earned break.
